Benefits of a wood-fired oven:

2. Quick cooking of pizza retains specific nutrients and antioxidants. Which are otherwise lost in slow cooking.

3. Wood-fired ovens are versatile fireplaces to cook various types of foods.

4. Due to high temperature, you can cook a Pizza in just 2 to 3 minutes. Also, cooking Pizza at high temperatures vastly improves the consistency and the bite of the Pizza crust, which is not possible in a domestic electric oven.
